Rules and categories for entering the National Capital Chesapeake Bay 68th Emmy® Awards can be found in the online 2025 Call for Entries. The Call for Entries can be found online this year and you are able to download a PDF version as well. The CFE is broken out into several sections:

Eligibility Period: January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025
Call for Entries Open: Monday, December 1, 2025
Early Bird Deadline: Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 11:59 pm EST
Official Deadline: Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST
Late Deadline: Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST
Nomination Announcement: May 2026
Emmy Awards Gala: June 20, 2026 at the North Bethesda Marriott Hotel and Conference Center
Renew your membership before starting the entry process to receive member rates. If there is not a record in our database become a member or create a free, non-member registered user account.
You will need your Member Number or your email to login. If you created a non-member account last year please use that same account instead of creating a new one.
All entrants whose names you would like listed in the entry must have a user account in Emmy® Express before they can be added to an entry.
