The 68th Capital Emmy Awards will be held June 20th at the North Bethesda Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.
Tickets will be sold through Emmy Express. Click the PURCHASE TICKETS button which will direct you to a login screen. Once you login you will be redirected to the store to purchase tickets. Tickets can also be found on the left hand navigation under STORE. If you have a judging credit please reach out to the office BEFORE placing an order.
Any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special meal requests must be received in writing (along with the name of the attendee) by Friday, June 12th. We will not be able to accommodate meal changes on site the night of the gala. Guests have the option to select their meal at time of ticket purchase or before June 12th. The Braised Beef Short Rib (GF) will be selected if a choice is not received.
Ticket sales close Friday, June 12th. Any refunds will be subject to an administrative fee. No refunds will be given after Friday, June 12th.

If you notice there is a typo in the entry title, organization name, or an entrant name or role please contact the office by May 20th to have that corrected. We cannot make changes after this date.

Click below if you would like to purchase an ad in the printed program. The deadline to reserve ad space is Wednesday, May 27th and the artwork will be due Monday, June 1st.
If you would like a complimentary Nomination certificate, please complete the request form below. Requests must be made by July 2nd. To purchase a Recognition Award, please complete the request form. All requests must be approved before they are authorized for purchase.
The reception will begin at 5:00pm, dinner will be served at 6:00pm, and the awards ceremony will start at 6:30pm. The Gala is black tie optional. All guests must abide by our Code of Conduct which you can read here.
All guests will check in at one of two registration desks and will receive their table number. There are no physical tickets. We will have enhanced security at the Gala this year.
If you receive an Emmy and are unable to attend the Gala, you can either have someone at your station collect your Emmy on your behalf or the Chapter can mail your Emmy after the Gala. There will be a $75 shipping and handling fee to ship your Emmy.

Student Volunteers
We are looking for student volunteers. If you will be in the area and would like to help, please sign up to be a volunteer! This is a great opportunity for students and interns to participate in the premier awards show for our region and to meet the the top members of our industry.

If you're driving, you should park in the parking garage next to the conference center entrance. Parking will be free that evening unless you are staying overnight at the hotel.
