Attention High School Students
Educational Outreach
A very important part of the NATAS – National Capitol Chesapeake Bay mission is to bring up the next generation of television industry professionals. To that end, we are proud to partner with educational institutions throughout the DC-area to provide students with opportunities to meet working professions and get a taste of what a television career might hold.
Face Time with the Pros
The "Face Time with the Pros" Student Broadcast News Seminar will take place on March 3, 2012 at the Phillip Merrill College of Journalism, University of Maryland, College Park. NATAC-NCCB is partnering with CAPBA and RTDNA to bring students a hands-on experience with professionals from the local network and broadcast industry.

Contribute to the Scholarship Fund Every year on Emmy Night, the Chapter awards a scholarship to a worthy student. For an extra $10 or $20 you can help some young person fulfill his or her dreams of working in tomorrow's media world.
Our scholarship honors the memory of the late Betty Endicott, a pioneering newswoman who shaped many careers in the DC market and beyond.
Thanks for your support of this worthwhile project.
